Description

The final concept for Mex Otsego. This possibly the last concept sheet for him because everything here I really like The only thing missing from this is His gun Nether Fang which will be redesigned and a better ref for his hat but i think that one is easy to figure out as far as everything else goes I feel pretty much done with him.
